This is a light Oolong with a low level of oxidation produced using our unique growing and processing methods. It is very smooth, with subtle Jasmine and Osmanthus flavours with a light honey sweetness, tapering over a period of minutes to a mild Orange flavour. It has almost no bitterness or astringency, making it a very drinkable Oolong.
This tea is naturally low caffeine without decaffeination.

- Water Quality: Filtered water ideal
- Leaf: 2g per cup (~200ml)
- Water temperature: 80-85C
- Steep Time: 3-4 minutes
- Infusions: 3-4
There are a few tricks that will allow you to get to 80C water without a temperature-controlled kettle. One is to allow the boiling water to cool with the lid off for 5 minutes post-boil, but a quicker way is to add 1 part cold water to 4 parts of hot water.
