Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dragon’s Nectar Tea Ltd. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Perishable & Food Products – No Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food or perishable items, including but not limited to:

  • Loose-leaf tea and tea bags

  • Herbal infusions and botanical blends

  • Any consumable food or beverage products

  • Plants or Seeds

Once these items have been dispatched, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy is in line with UK consumer regulations regarding perishable and hygiene-sensitive goods.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or digital vouchers

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Any item not returned in its original condition

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a refund was approved, please contact us using the email above.

 

4. Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels

If your order does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the courier and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

 

6. Returns on Non-Food Items (If Applicable)

Non-food items (e.g. teaware or accessories) may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • It is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once a return is approved.
