This unusual infusion has been produced and blended specifically by Dragon's Nectar. We use pristine leaves and flowers from controlled environment growing that are grown without pesticides and then gently hand-separated and slowly dried to preserve the flavours and colours.
This blend contains Shiso, Lemon Balm, Mexican tarragon flowers and Nasturtium Flowers. The result is a delicious mild citrus and sweet anise, with a smooth savoury backbone.
Supplied as 8x 1g corn-starch based bags that are completely biodegradable and compostable.

- Water temperature: 85-95C (cooler produces a more floral brew)
- Steep Time: 3 minutes
- Infusions: 2
There are a few tricks that will allow you to get to 80C water without a temperature-controlled kettle. One is to allow the boiling water to cool with the lid off for 5 minutes post-boil, but a quicker way is to add 1 part cold water to 4 parts of hot water.
