A Rock Oolong made from ancient trees in the high mountains of Yunnan, China. Produced at over 1500m!
The tea is made from the 'Green Heart' big leaf cultivar native to Yunnan. Unlike our Pouchong, this is a highly oxidised Oolong - it's the other end of the Oolong spectrum!
The taste is richer and more mineral than the Pouchong, which itself is more floral. The two make a great introduction to the depth available in Oolong teas.
