Our growing and processing methods produce a unique White tea that has almost no bitterness or astringency and a lingering sweetness that lasts for many minutes. A very silky smooth mouthfeel, with an initial floral taste that tapers into rose and peach.
This tea is naturally low caffeine without decaffeination.

- Water temperature: 80-85C
- Steep Time: 3-4 minutes

There are a few tricks that will allow you to get to 80C water without a temperature-controlled kettle. One is to allow the boiling water to cool with the lid off for 5 minutes post-boil, but a quicker way is to add 1 part cold water to 4 parts of hot water.
