This is something really special. A Honey Oolong made from ancient trees in the high mountains of Yunnan, China. 
 
The combination of Yunnan ancient tree qualities and the meticulous Taiwanese-style processing leads to a delicious honey-sweet and citrus flavours. 
 
The tea is in the middle of the Oolong oxidation spectrum; in between our Pouchong (very light oxidation) and our Yunnan High Mountain Rock Oolong (highly oxidised).
 
The taste is richer and more mineral than the Pouchong, which itself is more floral. The two make a great introduction to the depth available in Oolong teas.
