A Green Tea from one of the finest green and white tea producing areas. Consisting of pan-flattened leaf and bud, this tea is lively and complex, with a slight sweetness and slight citric taste.
 
Most people's first experience with green tea is unfortunately with fast grown, poor leaf grade, mechanically harvested and poorly processed tea that is then brewed at high temperature. This leads to a grassy, bitter tea without any flavour complexity. This is a real eye-opener if you are used to this type of tea!
