A rolled GABA Oolong from Ali Shan mountain in Taiwan, a renowned area for Oolong production. Produces a deep red infusion with a rich, sweet taste.

GABA Oolong is produced with a Nitrogen sealing step, which promotes the production of GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid), the primary inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. It is purported to have a calming effect. These teas are very popular in Japan and South Korea.
